Hey guys

From what I read, CJC 1295 (no dac) + GHRP causes low t4 levels since it accelerates the conversion from t4 to t3 and eventually will lower t4 levels.

I see some people say to supplement T4 but under datbtrue's threads he mentions that most probably don't need to supplement.

The reason I brought this up is because I gained close to 10 pounds in the past month and it's pretty concerning. I checked E and prolactin levels and they came back low ish T is good and my TSH is 1.0 (this was a month ago prior to any problems so I didn't request t3/t4 to be checked. Workout 5 times a week sometimes 4 upper lower split was eating around 3000 calories bumping it up now to 3500.

I noticed that when I eat a lot more food that I lean out (weight stays the same) no idea why maybe it is from a bump in thyroid hormones or it could be that I have been under eating and cortisol was rising making me look puffy and hence the weight gain.

Any thoughts? Doesn't GH itself lower the thyroid? would brazil nuts and kelp do anything to increase thyroid production (selenium and iodine)

Stopping you right there... T4 doesnt serve any purpose other than being converted to T3

T3 is the active for of thyroid hormone

So if im depleted in t4 levels hypothetically (no bloods) that would mean less t3. Less t3 means hypo symtpoms such as weight gain... so more t4 would equal more active t3 since from what ive read ghrp cjc combo increases t4 to t3 conversion

No... GH and GH peptides do not shut down T4 PRODUCTION
