hey guys,
I am training a girl for a fitness comp. She has good muscle and strength. Do you think 15 mg/day of anavar, 20 mcg every other day of cytomel, and 4/ day of clen (two weeks on, two weeks off) is a good combo to cut bodyfat and keep her muscle?

Actually this is a question i been curious about as well. What exactly IS typical for a fitness girl (not a bb) to take precontest to get shreaded?

Also, what juice (they obviously take something) in the off season do they take to boost strength and physique without acquiring some of the manly characteristics that the bodybuilders do? I was thinking along the lines of anavar and clen. I know t3 tends to hit women harder with possibility of downregulating their thyroids for a long time, if not permanent.
 
This is a curious topic that I'm interested in also.

I don't have the answers but 15mg 'var seems high for a gal that's never used it before.

i've heard of starting at 5mg/day and working your way up to 10 MAYBE 12.5mg/day.. most of what i read was in those ranges

and clen:

"Most tabs are 10mcg or 20mcg. I'd start with one tab in the AM then one tab in the PM. When clen is working, you will notice your body temp rise some. As far as upping the dosage, it will depend on your tolerance level. Maybe in a couple days after initially starting, bump it up to two tabs in the AM and two tabs in the PM. Most women I know, dont go over 4 pills a day."--Octo

That sounds about right.
 
Try putting her on a strict diet before you start adding in clen and t-3... if anything clen and t-3 should be added in much later during the contest prep. Get her on a diet...let it do its job....add in some cardio and see what happens.. If she still needs to lose fat....maybe then add the clen.... T-3 is going to make her lose muscle b/c Anavar is not a strong enough AAS to help prevent muscle loss from the t-3
 
Also if this is her first time using anavar... 15mg is too high. Start her at 5mg for for 2-3wks...then increase to 10mg. No need to go over 10mg IMO.
 
Anavar

Anavar will definately prevent any miniscule amount of muscle loss from the T-3. In fact, she will gain a substantial amount of muscle from the anavar. We are talking 20mcg of T-3, no one will lose muscle from that. I GUARANTEE IT. If you want to get the truth, PM me, because you will get a thousand different answers on here and just be confused.
 
YES 15mgs way to much

Trish would definetly laugh at that but thats TRISH for ya i meen shes fucking huge lol,,,, but i do know a few girls who look fn great who use much less so id advise a much smaller amount,,,now if this gril wants to be a bodybuilder like TRish well thats another story .
 
is this the same Trish that squats 315 ass-to-ankles for reps???

on a side note.. i was unimpressed with clen... ECA is just as good and sides werent as bad ... just MHO :)
