Damn, I'm glad to see the pro board and Big A back! Just discovered we're back up. After the board went "off the air" for awhile, I joined a couple of others, but it just wasn't the same. Never really got active on any of them. I did my first "supplements" back in the early-mid eighties, probably before at least some of you guys were born, been training all my life. Definitely NOT a pro, just an old guy trying to keep in pretty good shape and fight off old age. (But I have been at this stuff for a loooong time). This board has always had a bunch of realy good guys who really know what the hell they are talking about, and act mature and professional. I see the old 'Gade is back too, have to check that out. This board has always been head and shoulders above any other I have ever seen (of course the Gade board was good too). Anyway, just discovered we're back, and damn glad. Good to see a lot of the "old guys" and some new ones.
