Glutamine: Recovery

Do you feel it is good to invest in Glutamine for recovery?

I'm already supplementing myself with 20g BCAA. Do u think i should invest in Glutamine or should i use the extra cash and buy more BCAA? perhaps 30g daily.

The only thing I find glutamine useful for is heartburn or upset stomach. Comes in handy during prep and running tren or orals.
 
I notice when im over-trained, better recovery, feel way better and makes sense since it helps the immune system. I notice a difference. (when I train hit esp and worn the eff out, yes, big-time)

Ive been sick before and helped me get better as well
 
since I started using glutamine in pretty high doses DURING training I have gotten sick much much less. My immune system was pretty terrible before. I don't think it does a damn thing for muscle soreness or recovery but I stand by it for it's immune support.
 
heard it helps when using slin from going hypo so easily but I never used it with slin. I quit using it after I used it on and off for several years and didn't see an astounding benefit. I am one of those rare breeds I guess that consolidates resources.... I am not gonna spend too much $ on a sup that may or may not help recovery... when I am already running juice, peps, slin etc... a lil powder seems like it might be kinda not a game changer in presence of chems....

I believe and so does my training partner that it helps from getting ill . it has worked for both of us . I keep a tub . if I feel I am coming down with cold flu sort of thing ( I haven't had a proper cold flu hit me since Oct 2011) . so if and when we feel we going down we mega dose the shit out of it like 100-150 gms a day for 3-4 days and boom ! The symptoms of coming down with common cold flu virus etc etc goes away . we both have successfully beaten this many many times so I am a firm believer therefore I keep a 1 kg stock year around. Defo works in that aspect at least.
 
more bcaa, i like 40g intra workout, i've added in and then removed glutamine several times and never noticed anything
 
It helps when I have a foul stomach. That's about it. I always have some in the house for that reason; its cheap enough.
