going to n.c looking for gym

visiting ashborough nc for 10 days anyone know of any gyms in the area

I have family down there and when I visit I go to Triad Gym in Greensboro. I know that's not terribly close to where you're going to be at but if you do check it out. The upstairs is where all the foof is. Go downstairs. They call it "the big boy room". Its dark, dirty, low lighting and tons of weight.
