I wouldn't message it especially while its inflamed and irritated for if there is some infection forming the messaging will only help it spread, just keep an eye on it and wait it out only message when out of harms waySnarf said:Apply some heat and gently massage the area and it will go away over time. This should stimulate some blood flow to the area and help.
If it gets red, progressively sore or you spike a fever, go see a doc.
30 seconds or so depending upon how strong your microwave is.kandaandm said:rice? I've never tried that....how long do u heat it for?

Here's my thoughts on water-based gear - it SPOOKS THE HELL OUTTA ME. The reason being multi-use vials, 'cause of water-borne bacteria. Water-borne seems to be much more prevalent than oil-based products (remember I also mentioned multi-use, not amps, which would get used upon opening). I know a WAAAYY TO MANY people that know what they're doing that have gotten abcesses from this. I believe bigkiwi got this in this leg prior to one of his last contests.
My thoughts are it wasn't smart to "store" a water-based product other than in a sterile vial (which like I said even scares me). I realize a syringe is sterile (but so is a vial). I'd be interested in hearing some others opinion on this - Snarf?[/QUOTE
Im with Xcell on this one.... Waterbase is WAY more likley to cause pain and or infection. I use to argue with guys about it but the older and Wiser I get
the more I want nothing to do with waterbase.
If you have to have suspension Id recommend
the Zambons for winni or the Agoviron for Test. I wont buy anymore myself
that is in a multidose bottle.
