Good Bye Phil

Phoenix has lost a good man today and I'm very sorry to see him go. Phil has left Arizona to pursue other interests. He was probably my closest friend since I came to Arizona less than 3 years ago. He has helped me with training, helped me get a job personal training others at a gym, and has been an overall great friend to have. I think Phil is crazy for heading back to the cold and snow but I do understand his desire to leave here. Best of wishes to you Phil and your fiance; keep in touch.

Phil is the first pro I have ever officially met and I cant imagine there being a more down to earth guy out there....I was lucky enough to take over his personal training clients for him since he was leaving, and when he was interveiwing me i didnt even know it was him ( pros look so much different when in the mags) because he doesnt act like a stuck up ass just cuz he is huge....Anyway i am still psyched that i got to spend a lil time with him....That would be great if he did compete again, by the looks of him he could do it no problem......see ya around phil

phils been doing my contest prep for a show in 10 days, for the past 9 1/2 weeks. i have learned so much more about trainning, diet , and just general knowledge about this sport /hobby we have"bodybuilding". i really dont think the fee he charges is enough. there are so many contest prep gurus out there, and so much knowledge. i am sooooooooooooooo glad I used Phil Hernon for my prep. my body has never looked better or been right on time for a show than it is right now. i would strongly urge anyone who wants to get ready for a show, change there physique , or style of training to get a hold of Phil. my diet and training are definetly changed for the rest of my life.

Phil take care in NY and hopefully we'd be able to meeet up some day since your out in ,my area now.

All I have to say is look at the guy and I would follow just about anything he has to offer. He is a dedicated man to the sport and he is a hell of a guy too. I am sure he will be back here soon....he just has some business to attend.

although we have never met personally I have spoke to Phil a few times over the phone & he has always treated me with respect. Very easy going & nice guy not to say a great b/b as well.
