Good Meal i just cooked EAZY!!!!

grilled chicken with lemon peper

In a big crock pot add 2 bags of spinich (sp)?
extra virgin olive oil
garlic
thinly sliced onions

cook spinich to the point where it saute's

add sliced chicken(cooked) and feta cheese

Enjoy



you could also add almonds
