Kind of talks about the different splits and the positives and negatives. My thoughts...
Full body- look good on paper, but If your going super heavy and use a decent volume, the workouts suck lol. The parts that hit at the end don't get hit with as much intensity as the ones you work first.
Push Pull - I never have been a fan although this is the most popular. I like a 5 on 2 off schedule to go with the work week, and feel like these work better when you get at least 1 workout on the weekend (doesn't fit well into a 5 on 2 off schedule).
Bro Split - These get alot of hate now a days with all the evidence saying work each part multiple times a week. But Chest day hits tris, back day hit's bis, you can add some shoulders in on leg day to hit that twice a week. My preference because I like the 5/2 schedule and it's easier to add volume to these over time vs a full body workout. You can also really individualize them more to increase frequency you hit certain parts.
