if sausages per 100 grams are 20% proteen and 40% fat, after you grill them on a gorge formen grill and all the fat runs out, what then would be the fat content cooked, eneyone please
I guesstimate that georging something will remove around a third of the sodium and fat in an item, its not always true, but gives a rough idea from when i have weighed out the fat before.
It also depends on how long you cook, because you can decimate some things and get out loads more than if you cook just enough.
Read the labeling....serving size is uncooked sausage, right? If its uncooked, then weigh the raw patty on a scale. Then after cooking weigh the patty again and the difference in weight will be fat grams.

I don't eat sausage, just offering a suggestion. About the water weight...sausage doesn't have a whole lot of water and most of the water will be held in the fat, which makes up about 2/3 of the sausage anyhow.
Just to note if your eating this crap, you really can't be too critical.

it won't be very different. when studied hamburger meat patties only lost .5 grams after being cooked on the foreman, but because they lost some, they can say it cuts fat.(I think it even says that on the packaging)
It will loose the same amount in the pan, but they advertise that is lets in run down into the tray. It is mostly moisture that is collected. Just buy lean cuts of meat instead, u can find lean sausage meat or turkey.
If you're like me, bro, you like to keep a little of the "taboo" foods in your diet as long as it's not a daily consumption. Well if you want breakfast sausage, go with the turkey breakfast sausage. Although there's still pork used in it, it's not entirely pork and it still have that pork sausage taste. In addition, there is less pork fat in it than the usual pork breakfast sausage.
