Just checking what kind of advice I can get on this...
Competed at the top of light heavy novice class (was 198) and won, just over a year ago. Would like to compete in heavy weight this next summer and have been trying to put on mass throughtout this past year. Currently I am on a cycle that consists of 8wks of sust / deca / and A's for 4 weeks and then d's for four weeks....then the next 8 wks I switch to (currently where I am at now) cyp and EQ and then finally the final 8 wks consists of enath and fina.
I'm at 245 now and around 15% body fat. My comp that I want to do is in July and want to diet for 14-16 wks.
Should I break this cycle off at a certain point and take a longer period of time off before starting to cut down? Or should I continue to try and put on more quality muscle straight through this cycle and and only have about a month and a half off before begining to diet? Or maybe should I forget this type of plan altogether?
I am going to comepte...I loved it last year and really am excited to be on stage again...but I want to be the best I possibly can at this point in my training career.
Any advice and all view points are greatly appreciated!!
Thanks for all the help everyone! Wylde...please keep the nutrition info comin'
