But i have to brag that my client Mateusz (for those who wanna follow him on insta: https://www.instagram.com/lewus_ifbbpro/ ) menage to win the whole better body challenge (overall winner) as well as gasp classic (overall and pro card winner in heavy weight class) in Sweden. We brought him in much fuller and drier condition and he was just unbeateble. He competed against two Calums R. Athletes so for me that's a cherry on that already sweet af cake . Mati is extremaly gifted athlete and i know hes capable to be fck great Pro. Right now he need more quality mass and separation as he's 102kg on stage (6kg more then year ago) as right now the only option for him is Open. We menage to put on him over 20+kg of a stage weight in 2,5 years of us working together .

Here’s a photo from yesterday check in. Weight 114.7kg (never been heavier in my life ), bg 89mg/dl, bp 126/71 so everything is going well so far . Luki decided that’s no changes will be made for this week. We just make it harder and better at similar weight for the next week .

Hello, today is day 84 of my bulk. Weight hits 116 today and Luki is very pleased with the look so far . Bg still sits in the 80mg/dl range and bp although is a bit higher than previously it’s in a good range for my current weight as it’s 131/75.
Luki just added in back some igf-lr3 and nothing else changes for now. The plan is to hit 120kg with similar look and that let it sticks for a while before the cut, then we try to hit 120 again but this time with much better condition . Here’s some picks from todays check in.

Waste no time and hire him now, it's better to give your coach some time to know your body. Hire'ing someone just for the show it's concept that i never gonna understand. Offseason is the hard part, prep is easy !

Hello, little update.
Weight in the morning: 117,6kg
Bp: 138/76
Bg: 90mg/dl

Overall everything is going well. The only problem is that my sleep gets worse every night and that’s probably the reason of slight higher numer’s on bp and bg as well. I’ve got appointment with the doctor on Tuesday finally after almost 3 months of waiting… And the worst part is that besides the normal insurance I’ve got private one as well and if my doctor wouldn’t told me that “the only option is hospital test” I’ll probably had the cpap a half year ago… But nonetheless Tuesday.
Here’s some photos. Changes are no needed for this week, Lukis happy, I’m happy so nothing else to say .

It’s what’s Luki says. But I do not only believe but know for sure that metabolism’s of every macronutrient speeds up on thyroid meds but this is a double edged sword. Can either make you or break you if you not have sufficient amount of androgens, gh, insuline etc. And off course be as strict as possible with your diet.

I’ve had lots of success using similar doses in the offseason. 25-30mcg t3 and 100-150mcg t4. I find it helps my appetite a TON, and as you said as long as you are on top of diet and gear I’ve seen nothing but benefits.
