I've acquired a fairly healthy Musk Rat whom I have named Franco.
Background: Covering December 25 and prior
Franco is about 5'2", 150 lbs. Seems mid 30's in rat years. Little guy.
Arms 14", Thigh 24", Calf 14", Waist 33" Chest ?"
He was working out on a 6 on 1 off split workout plan for 10 weeks using 12,10,8,6 sets for 4 sets.
*two days were cardio – Running 15-20 minutes, treadmill, 1% incline with intentions of reaching a goal of 2 rat miles in under 15 minutes. At almost 5000 feet elevation, the air is thick.
Franco achieved strength gains and small cardio gains, but it was time to switch it up to something new.
After much research, I ordered him some MK2866 and GW501516 from **broken link removed**.
I changed his workout to a Volume HIIT workout doing 10x10's with 60 seconds rest minimum. Limited by the speed of a partner. So probably 30-40 seconds being the least amount of rest.
Franco completed an adjustment week, from 17-24 December, to get used to the lighter weights and higher reps and to work out the right volume/sets plan.
I have never put Franco on any AAS, and he is generally healthy. Franco's only limitation is his left shoulder which limits weight in the overhead press but not in any other exercise.
Franco's diet is mostly meat and green vegatables. Meals are prepared in a Dining Facility so choices aren't always as healthy as I would like for him to eat. He also eats a Deteor Bar daily.
I feed Franco a few supplements (he loves to nibble on pills, maybe reminds him of teets). "Animal Pump" (go figure) for N.O. and Creatine. Multivitamin. Fish Oil. Anotest (natural test booster). Super HD (Stimulant Fat Burner). He's been on all of these for 4 weeks or more.
I log all of Franco's workouts and strive to improve on weight or reps each week. So far so good. He's by no means a beast in the gym, but he gets the job done.
I plan to start him on the MK and GW and log his progress with some weight stats, pictures, and lifting stats. I will be giving him:
5mg GW / day (.5 ml)
25mg MK / day (.83 ml)
As far as I can tell, I should dose him with these about 30 mins before his workout and approximately the same time daily.

Expectations:
Given that I've only ordered a 6 week or so supply, I dont expect miracles, but i'm looking to see a difference in Franco's belly fat storage and an increase in his cardio endurance/speed and maybe some additional strength.
GW and MK started: December 26
1st dose impressions:
MK-2866: Light red liquid, no real smell, has a very light alcohol taste and a light cough syrup taste. Nothing unbearable.
GW-501516: Clear liquid, no real smell, immediately warms mouth, taste simular to dissolving an aspirin tablet, seems like it coated the inside of Franco's mouth before he could swallow. Nothing unbearable at all.
Side effects felt/noticed: None
Did notice veins coming out on Franco's arms during the beginning of the workout. This has not happened recently.
Workout:
I will log the 1st exercise of Franco's daily set which will be a major movement, so useful to judge Franco's progress and I will log his last exercise set which is usually a final burn out to see how energy fairs at the end of the workout.
Remember this is not the full workout, just 2 examples from the day.
