Gyno in PA...Help

I have had some puffy nips for years. I have dealt with it. Over the last two years my gyno has proceeded to fatty masses. I can't even take winny without a flare up. Even take aram, letho and nova. This only helps tenderness when I am not taking anything. My Dr. sent me for tests ranging from comprehensive bloodwork to mammograms. Everything is normal but the fatty masses on my mammograms. My doc sent me to a plastic surgeon today (northeastern PA) and he said that I have psuedogynocomastia. In other words it is not bad enough to due surgery on. I really want to correct the puffyness of my nipples. Can anyone suggest a plastic surgeon within 100 miles of Wilkes-Barre PA that specializes in male breast augmentation. I also heard that there is now an ultrsonic procedure I don't want it f'd up even if I have to pay out of my pocket.
