Gyno - Symptoms?

I'm in week 3 of a Enen/EQ cycle (400mg/wk of both)

Im taking liquid Arimidex @.5mg/ED.

I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid or if I have signs of gyno. No lumps and they dont itch, but there is a weird sensation around the nipple, the left one in particular.

Am I just being paranoid? Most people have told me that it will feel like a cool breeze sensation or itching. Its not pain, just more of a light soreness around the nip that comes and goes.

Now Im constantly looking at it and touching the are, which I know doesnt help.

Should I up my Arimidex dose? Start Nolvadex? If so, at what dose?
I've read that the Nolv effects the cycle results, is that true? I guess less gains is better than tits, but what if Im just being paranoid?

Any advice is much appreciatted.

It may sound too simple...

but get some Nolvadex, its one of the few drugs that specifically targets estrogen reduction in breast tissue. Others like Arimidex and Letrozole inhibit aromatization at the outset (they do nothing for estrogen that is already in circulation), while Aromasin and Exemstane (I believe) bind to the free estrogen that is already in your system thus preventing it from affecting you. Nolva inhibits estrogen binding in breast tissue - that's what it was principally designed to do. (Actually Nolvadex is estrogen-like in that it binds with the estrogen receptor preventing estrogen from binding to it.)

I'd give Nolvadex a shot - Good luck,

Are you sure your stuff is good/real? Who did you get it from - PM me. I've heard from several that questioned the strength/quality of their liquid products.

Yes, I think your symptoms are early signs of gyno. FYI - asymmetric gyno most frequently starts in the left breast, no idea why (probably something genetic, like # of ER etc.)

As a precaitionary measure I started taking nolva today. I took 40mg tonight and will take 20mg until the puffiness subsides.
Does this sound right? When the puffiness goes away(fingers crossed) do i stay on the nolva or do i stop? If I stay on the nolva, how much will it effect gains? Do I take it straight thru till PCT?
I had hoped the Arim would have blocked this from happening. Should I up my intake? 1mg ed?

Sorry for so many questions, but I trust what you guys think.

I believe the answer to that first question I quoted is obvious - do you want to grow tits or muscles?

I was in no way questioning the importance of stopping gyno vs. making gains. I was just curious of the magnitude of the effects nolvadex has on gains. I've read various opinions on this subject.

I upped my Arimidex to 1mg and will continue to take the Nolv at 20mg ed till I see the signs subside.
