Gyno with less bodyfat?

Do you think a minor case of gyno would look better or worse with less bodyfat? I have very small gyno and at 10 percent pretty hard to tell unless I'm flexing. I'm hoping to get down to 8

Better. I've known too many people who thought they had gyno but it just turns out they were just carrying too much bodyfat or they just have naturally bigger nipples ( think about how some chicks have dime nipples, others have cookie/ quarters ) , but for my friend he said he's had gyno since he was a youngling and even when I saw him in contest shape I could still see it I know he tried letro and it didn't work and last I spoke with him he was going to get surgery for it.

Ya I've been taking raloxifene hopefully minimize it and next year get surgery.

When I go outside to pool I use liquid bandages and it keeps nipples hard. Also I try to stay in pool. Even when I don't use no one ever notices but I do so makes me anxious

My glands physically reduce in size the leaner I get. Puffiness / pseudogyno reduces as my bloat reduces (which happens as I get leaner too).

I'm living experience the leaner you get the more it goes away
