I start to take down all my hair.
What do you do with the hair from your forearms?? It's looking ok if I shave it down??? I depilate all my hair but I don't know how it will look on my forearms.

how much arimidex i sould take if I take 1500 mg of omna?? I don't want to get water, I workout in my company gym and some of this assholes are watching me now like I'm on gear, and I'm off for 2 years. OR maybe will be better to change te gym ?? 350 $ for year is a gym here I like the company's gym because I ave acces any time I want and most of the time are not lots people there.

.5mg ed should be sufficient, unless you are very prone to bitchtit, which in that case I'd bump it to 1mg ed.

.5 I planed too, but I heard some opinion that if you take to much ari. that will make the gains lower. BUt .5 EOD for 1500 mg of omna sould be ok.

I agree with Queefer's anastrozole recommendations.

Don't worry about the boneheads at your compaany's facility. There are going to be boneheads no matter where you go. If anyone asks if you take steroids, just reply "No - but thanks for thinking that I look like I do!"

I you are REALLY worried that people will suspect you are on steroids and you think you will lose your job over it, I think $350 is a reasonable price to pay to lift elsewhere. Also, I don't know how much test you usually use during a cycle, but I'm sure that 1.5 grams of omnadren would produce gains that people are going to notice. Since you've been off for two years, maybe you would make good gains at a lower dosage.

Just something to think about.
