Thank you for all your wishes, I was celebrating with 2 workout and no cake, just sweet potatoes. I was trying to bring up my arms to 19 inches for my Birthday, but looks like it will take on other year, I have been training all year the whey I did in my late 40`s , very much enjoying every minutes, 7 days per week agent, it toke me 8 months to get my body and mind to 100% in to the zone. I will try to keep this type of life stile till age 90.

I have been doing blood work every 8 weeks, I am on 36 egg per day diet.
