I have been training very intense agent, now 7 days per week, I have been gaining size back, I don`t want to go over 210lbs, trying to build my arms up to 19 inch, probably will take 1 to 2 years.

How big were your arms at their biggest when you were young?

I am also wondering how your strength now at 68 compares to when you were young. If you somehow manage to get your arms back up to their largest size again, your strength still wont be the same will it?

The biggest was 20 1/4 at age 50. After not working out the way I use to (negatives) my arms dropped down to 17 1/2, now is over 18, I have been incorporating negatives agent. It toke 10 moths to gain 1/4 inch, it will take on other year to gain on other 1/4 inch, my arm looks bigger than 18 because the shape and separation between the biceps and the triceps. Also I am just on 10mg test per day only. I have been training my legs and arms every day, we will see what will happen in 6 more months. I don`t want to be heavier than 210 max. I don`t lift to heavy, just heavy enough to able to do 12 to 20 reps with good form. See photo with 20 inch, I am in the black Rayn Secrest (spelling) in the meddle and in white Roland Kickinger (spelling) left.

Roland Kickinger I remember son of the beach in early 2000s then didn't see him again. He looked good esp for a real tall guy, do you know if he kept his muscles ?

Maybe do an eight week low dose cycle or so it your way, if you can get nineteen inch arms on ten mgs that's impressive, even eighteen on ten mgs for a long time is impressive

Roland looks fit and healthy, not huge. My plan is 19, will see.
 
I start my day with 2 fresh lemon from my tree, I put the whole lemons in the blander with 1cup water and 2 table spoon ginger juice.
My first meal is 2 serving of fermented Oat with manuka honey and cinnamon, 4 raw eggs and the fertilized incubated egg powder blended together.
45 minutes before workout 2 tbs manuka honey and 1tbs MCT and 1 Energix capsule, 100mg Fulvic Acid and 200mg CoQ10.

I do consume greens and fruits every day, (also paste, sweet, white potatoes, fish and chicken in rotation) and beef once per week.

I sleep 7 to 8 hours par day.
Emeric, was is the benefit of the whole lemons and ginger mix?
Fermented oats are overnight soaked oats?
