I WAS WONDERING IF IT IS A GOOD READ OR NOT ? I REALLY ENJOY READING ESP. TRUE CRIME BUT I REALLY NEVER READ ANY INFORMATIVE READS ON AAS OTHER THAN WHAT I LEARNED AND READ ON PM... AND ANY OTHER BOOK SUGGESTIONS WILL BE APRECIATED.. THANKS FELLAS

Haven't heard many reviews (good or bad) about Anabolic Gameplan.

Building the Perfect Beast by Author L Rae is a good book! Can get a bit techie at times but very informative none-the-less. He recently wrote a follow up;
Building the Perfect Beast Naturally which is also very good.
