Where do i start..
At the age of 16 i was 5'5 17st4lbs
Im now 18 5'6 11.4.. I still got a little bit of fat and my body fat is about 27%
So yes i do have a high BF it needs lowering alot i would like it to be about 15-20%
Ive started doing weights about 2-3months ago aswell as Cardiovascular training 3-4 times a week and i do alot of swimming. For how many hours i put in the gym and how hard i train i should have a better body. Which is very upsetting.
I want my body fat levels to drop and bulk up is steroids the way i should go?
Has anybody got any ideas of what to do....
