HDL on my blood work.

I just got my blood works. This was taken while on 300mg of tren hex, 100mg of test, and a transdermal pro hormone called 1 T Tren(which I really like, but is gone now).

From my last test my HDL's dropped from 56 to 24. I am off the tren and pro hormone. How long will it take for my HDL's to start coming back up? Also, I would like to do 20mg of anavar a day starting today(which I already took,lol)with my 100mg of test. Will 20mg of anavar hurt my HDL's even more? Thanks.

it won't help it thats for sure , are you taking any support supplements like Milk Thissle , Omega3,6,9 fats , Niacin , B-vitiminens?. ARe you doing any cardio?

Mine had dropped to 11 for my last labs , and I had since quit all drugs and started ALOT of suppor sups.

Take all the support supplements year round wether I am on or off.
My cardio is swimmin laps and I do that 5 days a week.
The funny thing was that my liver enzymes were not elevated.
I was on the tren hex and prohormone for 5 weeks. I have been on low dose test(100mg a week) for a year. It doesn't affect my hdls. My blood is good on it alone.

if your liver enzymes were fine then I'd say that it has to do with not getting enough proper fats.

what was your LDL and Triglycerides

My Dr. wasen't overly concerned with my HDL being so low , it normaly runs in the 30's , but he said that since I lead a pretty healthy lifestyle and don't do or eat anything that would cause plaque to build up that the lower HDL isin't that big of a factor. He explained that HDL is kinda like the "soap" that keep the arteties clean.
