Healthy Sleep Habits Could Lower Risk of Heart Failure by 42 percent, Study Finds

My sleep improved dramatically when I stopped training to failure.
 
Just got a CPAP (still waiting for Mask to arrive next week) but cant wait to start using it.
If it werent for waking like 3 times a night to piss, or with painful erections (usually both at the same time) I think i would sleep right thru.
My snoring and "stopping breathing" during the night has become an issue though. I had insomnia for like 20 years (stressful career, plus hardcore alcohol use).
Gave up booze, work-life is comfortable, and GABA (1 gram) at night I can now sleep most of the night (except for those few interruptions).
Looking FWD to the CPAP and how it will help me. Need to start planning my fluid intake early, then have very little after supper to see if I can get by without waking to piss so often.
