heath pretty much dominated. will be interesting to see him next to wolf though, heath has narrower clavicles which will make wolf look even wider than he already is.

apparently weighed in around low 230's. so atleast a solid 15lb contest weight increase.

heaths conditioning stood out the most to me, it really separated him from the rest especially from the rear.

I can't believe that dave henry was off conditioning wise, he is hardly ever off! the man had conditioning down to a science, but he was considerably off by his standards.

He looks awesome. With his shoulders and arms getting so big and wide and his waist staying tight I don't think his naturally narrow shoulders are gonna hurt him much. It all depends on back width now. He is a LEGITAMATE top guy now.
