Heavyweight cutoff at North Americans ?

Hey just wondering if anyone knew what the cutoff is for the heavyweights to the superheavy's...I was talking to someone else from MD board and he thought it was 220lbs...Not 224 1/4 like it is in the NPC...Is this true ? I thought it might be different cause Canada and Mexico and compete in this show to...

Also note that they have changed the men's prejudging to Friday at 4pm.
