Hi Guys and ladies.....I wanted to see what you were up to lately....and wanted to thank the peeps that say hello from time to time...I appreciate you alot.
Me, well, I have been working alot and trying to network and meet as many people as I can...staying active in community and getting out works well.
I can't tell you how fullfiling it is to train clients that really want help and play full out.....I think my favorites are still my older guys....one of my clients in his 60's could not do one push-up when we started, now he can do 2 sets of 10....and he couldnt curl, due to very weak left side...now he can curl 30 lbs for 2 sets!!
My other older guy tries to impress me, lol with how strong he is....and he is....he always pushes himself..oh, and he tries to dance around me, lol...
Most of my clients are ladies of all ages...some high maintenance (yikes!), but cool..eventually they settle down and listen
Still at a corporate gym for now, but have looked at and met with some private studios recently...eventually I see me making that move..it makes good sense and would be more money.
I did compete once this year, and decided priorities would not allow for more shows, but will compete next year! and will start training in Dec.
