HELP. Do u guys get insomnia from cycle? Tbol + Dbol + NPP

I'm 3 weeks into my cycle consisting of Tbol 50mg/ED, NPP 250mg/Week & Dbol 20mg/ED.

I can't seem to sleep at night. It takes me a few hours to sleep.
Last night i did not sleep the whole night. I was awake & seem like my sleeping patern has been all mixed up.

Do u guys experience this?
What do u think its the cause of it (which compound is most likely)?

BTW, I decided not to do test coz i never ever get deca dick no matter what i do. In fact my libido has increase.

Strange cycle IMO but it is your call!!!

GABA is good for a good night's sleep and stimulates your natural GH.

Tried a few sleeping aids but didn't work.

I've done close to 50 cycles in the past.
I wanted to try something different since i got some Tbol, NPP & Dbol on hand. I used to compete.

Do u guys find it difficult to sleep while on cycle?
What do u think i should do?

Try some ZMA before bed or 3mg of Melatonin

Are u sure its the Dbol?

Because i took 20mg/ED for 2 weeks now. In fact i took 10mg for the first 7 days. I know thats little. Could it be from the Dbol or possible other sustance like NPP or Tbol?

Please help guys.

Dbol will slaughter your emotions which can def mess up your sleep. I get horrible nightmares on dbol and eq.

I wonder if you added some test. Even a low dose like 200mg Prop per week with your NPP if that would balance out your hormones better and cause better sleep. Ive never been on a cycle without test but I can only imagine it will make you feel different.

Have you tested your blood pressure (BP) since you've started? Are you ever at 140/90 lay on your back and test it also. I wouldn't be surprised if its just spiked from the gear. 3-6mg Melatonin, ZMA stack works well for OTC. Some like Valerian root & kava kava as well taking the natural route. If it is BP related you could potentially get on supps or a script to address the BP and get some sleep.

Alright i will check soon eventhought i doubt it is because the last time i did a much higher dose cycle & didn't have the problem.

Anyway what should i do?
I'm on Tbol 50mg/ED, Dbol 15mg/ED & NPP 250mg/W.

Which one should i drop?

Could someone please give me a link to a good, inexpensive brand of melatonin? I'm going to order some right away. Or just a brand that I can find in a store?
