There was a good thread by bigheinz on tendon pain with some good info. I can tell you there is no absolute in this situation. Im going through a little bit of this myself with tendonitis in the elbow (brachialis) and plantar fasciitis is the foot. So far not a whole lot of luck.
Ice, maybe wearing neoprenes or wraps, higher reps and lots of warm-ups and stretching seem to be some of the more common choices. Also the supplement bromolain may help...look at Massive G's post on this.
Im interested in Aflutop also.....sounds promising.
