HELP!!!! Gynecomastia (gyno) noticed today!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

I havent ran a cycle in almost 5 years and have never had this problem in my past cycles. I have always ran the same gear test/deca/d-bol in the past, 8 weeks on 10 off with no anti-estrogens ever needed... the most i ever felt was slight soreness but thats it.

I just got back on for the first time in about 5 years, with great gains, and now TITS??? DAMN!!! I have freakin lumps under my nips like the size of about 5 quarters stuck together. This was after my seventh week and basically overnight? Is this normally this fast?

Since I have never needed anti estrogens in the past I need your help....what will help the fastest at this point??? who will get it to me the fastest? any other fast options?

SURGERY??? whats the cost? If you get the reduction surgery does that mean that you will not be able to get gyno again due to the removed glands?

Depending on what products you use, I'd look up the letro protocol for destroying new gyno. That's all the advice I can give for that.

don't be a sore ass. You have to have a sense of humor about this, my friend. Tits are funny business. If I had to give you a recommendation, I wouldn't. I will say that the research I've done about gyno says that it can be treated with nolvadex at 25-50mg per day. I'm not looking into the protocol for it right now, just google "gynecomastia" or search for it here. Post up some titty pics, too.

This is why it is always so important to take preventive measures and have anti-e, anti-progesterone supps on hand. You can take aromasin and nolvadex if you want. That would help with test gyno. Since you are using deca as well though it is hard to tell which one is really causing it. If it is gyno from deca you would need pramipexole or dostinex.

i had a huge bump behind nipple and 2.5mg pills got rid of it in a week. I took 4 the first day, 3 the next, 2 the next, then just took one every other day.

ive done this twice and it works. If you let it turn into soft really big tissue i think surger is the best way to go. Even that, my friend had like two inches thick of chub after neglecting it. He has been on letro for a month and its gone away alot but is still getting better. You never want to neglect it, otherwise it will get worse.

NOTHING is going to destroy true gyno except surgery. Gynocomastia is growth of actual breast tissue. While yuo may be able to wring a little water out of it by reducing estrogens, as the tissue is estrogen senstive, yuo will not remove the tissue itself.

This idea of "getting rid of" gyno using chemistry seems to be a widely-held muscle board myth.

I have gyno and it swells up while on. I take a.e during cycles to keep it in check.

I wanna go for sugery but wondering if my insurance will cover it. i can go to doctor and act all freaky and say i think i have cancer please remove. right? I have to find out, i dont want to pay 100 percent out of pocket.


Oh about pgcl, IP claims it destroys gyno and even replied to an email i sent him asking him about it. but what you contradicts this. how can they make this claim?

Wrong. They're gonna tell you you have gyno, and that it's elective surgery that you will have to pay for. The odds of getting insurance to cover it is very slim.

gyno treatment

Here is a quick summary (order of importance):

Pramipexole 0.5-1.0mg ed (other prolactin inhibitors will work but pram is best). Caber is good and like the long half life but i don't think you get the GH release like Pram (from what i have read)
Aromasin 10-20mg ed (other AI's will work but aroma is best and no rebound). Letro is too strong for me even though it works well...almost too well (joints, libido)
Proviron or Masteron - these will keep androgen levels high and estrogen levels low and help burn fat
Fat loss, get lean, below is what worked for me (order of importance):

Anabolic diet - high protein, high fat, low carbs for fat loss. This has been a godsend for me, less water retention, more energy, leaner etc. Avoid insulin spikes at all costs. low glycemic index carbs works best for me on carb up day. (if you are a carb person, an insulin sensetivity supplement like anabolic pump or glucophage work nice)
Synthetine - L-carnitine transports lipids to get you lean. I love this stuff. It can lean you out without jitters or sides and it has lots of health benefits.
PGCL - kills fat cells, eliminates water. Lots of debate on this but it works for me and not just a diuretic (water) & laxative either. I lost fat.
Cardio - burn fat. Starting to like it more but tend to not like cardio.
Targe-x is a topical fat burner and helped me. There are other topicals too.
Fat burners - eca or a burn product is good. I hate clen, eca or stimulants even though they work good, just make me feel not good.
Do not let test levels get too low - use hcg or serms or hrt whatever it takes because low test not good

I had a "mini boob" on my right side and its just about totally gone....like nothing at all. The top two are the most important and for me, its an anti prolactin like cabaser or pramipexole that was the key to getting rid of the glands. Most of the rest has to do with fat/water loss. Pram also stimulates HGH release significantly which helps w fat loss (from what i read). I was ready to do a consultation w doc for surgury but if i went in now, he would laugh at me. Marco or Kraftydog (another board) posts are unbelievable on this subject.
