Test E 600mg per week last 8 weeks

Thoughts on how to address my liver numbers and bring my HDL/LDL in better ranges. I have a liver ultrasound scheduled. Yes I have used the search function but I believe this continues the great discussions.

I would go donate blood as soon as possible.

As well, look into TUDCA, and injectable glutathione for liver. Synthetek also makes a powerful injectable for liver protection.

For cholesterol, get on citrus bergamot and krill oil. Clean your diet, add more healthy fats and fiber. This could be a start.

Yes,..^^^^^

You're hematocrit is pretty high, how long have you been off?

Looking at your total T, I'm guessing 4-6 weeks?

Liver support was NAC and I just started citrus bergamot. Ordering Synthergine as we discuss.

Any idea of what your crit was before the blood draw,.....54 only a few days later is pretty high, meaning that at its Lowest and very best reading, it's out of range! It's only getting worse from that already high reading; not good.

54.5 with you being off for a while AND just donating is pretty high.

Any idea of what it is while on?

You can donate every 56 days,.....jump on it.

Do you have any baseline numbers prior to this? You might be genetically predisposed to high ldl. Follow what others said on both colestoral, and liver. I would suggest dumping every 8 weeks. Use 2 different agencies. You can also do double blood via the Red Cross. You weren't taking anadrol at all?

My mistake I mistook free for total T, obviously you're still on.

54.5 is still high.

Glad you ordered the Synthergine and donated blood. What's your diet like? While your waiting for the Synthergine I would start eating (if your not already) any green vegetable for example kale and Asparagus are great for the liver also beets which is great for the kidneys and liver. Also add garlic to each meal. You also have another option is going to a health food store and have them blend you organic beets and vegetables and, just drink it. Personally with those numbers while you wait for the Synthergine I would do this one. All of eating or drinking like that will also help your cholersteral

Apologies once again.

My blood was drawn last Monday the 13th.

I donated Thursday the 16th.

No Anadrol whatsoever.

All of my numbers increased however for some reason my liver values went up just a little.

I am predisposed to high ldl.

Go easy on the high iron items below for hematocrit levels.

Green leafy vegetables, like spinach and broccoli
Chicken, turkey, ham
Beef, veal
Fish, clams, mussels
Foods enriched with iron, like breakfast cereals

Seems like everything has high iron, makes you wonder sometimes what ones to actually do to be healthy.

Ok this makes a little for sense then. The liver values shouldn't be that bad on test alone. Now there is a ton of other variables that will. High cholesterol being one of them. If you had a few adult beverages with in a few days of drawing, that could screw results too. I would recommend evaluating your diet a bit, then pull bloods in another 8 weeks to see what they look like. If your ldl is still high, I would go see a doctor for some meds.

Also don't go overboard on vitamin c. There's not alot of iron in asparagus and kale that can help his liver.

go easy not he vitamin C because it helps absorb iron?

Curious why his liver enzymes are high if he is only on test?

I only realized via Dante stating Nsaids that my Dr put me on daily aspirin three months back and I am stopping that as of today. That is the only variable that makes sense. My diet is healthy, no real alcohol consumption, no orals, gallon or more of water per day...I take on gram of Vit c per day, daily multi, one tablespoon Carlson fish oil, two Krill oil, NAC, 500 magnesium with added zinc. Recently added citrus bergamot.
I will drop aspirin, up fish oil, krill, citrus bergamot, plus I have five bottles synthergine on order.
