So what are mainly focusing on? LEGS? There are tons of variations of legs exercises that can break that plateau you speak of. Maybe try plyometrics training along with weight training.
I do squats, lunges, leg presses, etc. I always end my routine with several variations of box jumps, sprints, high jumps, duck walks etc.. I can guarantee that within a couple weeks you're are going to see great improvements. Furthermore, your cardio is going to greatly improve. Just try to stay focused and don't get discouraged. When you start thinking you can't do something then more then likely you will psych yourself out. Believe me, there has been plenty of time I don't want to do all that shit, but I make myself because I like the results. Good Luck bro!
