Help with blood pressure reading

My diastolic reading is staying in the low 40's , my sysotlic reading is good stays around 113-118. Currently on week 10 of a test e, tren e cycle also was taking oral winstrol 50mg daily for the first 4 weeks. Anyone know what mght be causing this and what i can do to raise it, from what i have read anything below 60 is low.

If you feel fine, Leave it and be happy you're not high! My girls bp is 98/55 and her doctor says its great. I wish I had your problem!

I wish I had your problem... Keeping mine low is a constant battle.

Try upping your sodium. Use Celtic Sea Salt. Add it to eggs, chicken...

If you feel fine then dont worry about it. Also, maybe your not taking your BP correctly?

I usually check it when i go to the local wal-mart might need to get it checked somewhere else to make sure the machine is reading properly.

Im an ICU nurse and can tell you that the diastolic number may not be completely accurate. You have a good systolic and even having slow diastolic isn't 'bad'. It when the systolic gets above 140-150 or below 90 or if your diastolic gets above 90 that you might want to tart checking with a doctor (if they're consistently high/low). If you don't 'feel' bad (asymptomatic) then a low diastolic is okay.

I agree with the above statement, tho...try another cuff. Those walmart/pharmacy store cuffs aren't the greatest at having accurate results.

Dude... Those machines suck... You can get a better reading from a 1-900 psychic...

Those are not accurate at all. Buy your own cuff... If you have big arms, get an XL cuff, for the most accurate reading.
