hi guys,, i am hoping some off you guys can offer some advice,,,i have trained on and off for years with good results but suffered a quite horrendous accident a few years back which set me on the path of self destruction,,i stopped training,stopped eating well and began a regime of systematic alcohol abuse,,i am now 100 % focused on getting back to how i once was,,i am alcohol free but weigh in at 300lbs at 5ft 10,,,,i would really appreciate someone outlining a basic diet regime with the emphasis on fat loss,,,,,i am walking 10ks a day now which is slowly bringing weight off and eating far less than i did,,,i am also going back to my old gym monday to start on the weights and cardio,,any help and advice would be really appreciated......
