Help with gyno and antiestrogens

Hi,I want to know something more about antiestrogens,I am Italian and here the more used products are nolvadex and clomid(sometimes proviron)...can I know something about other products?What are the best during and after a cycle?And the dosage?

Two other questions...a friend of mine doesn't use aas now,but in his left chest there is gynecomastia...what is the best product to eliminate it when you are not taking aas?
Another friend had a gynecomastia surgery...he always need to take antiestrogens during a cycle?If yes what kind are recommended?

I read also about Epistane...there is anyone that have tried this product?
How it works?Is toxic?How it must be used and what dosage?

I know...but the problem is that there are so many posts that I need many time to search the infos,not a great trouble,sure...but I am Italian and don't undestand perfectly the english,so if you know where I can find the right posts please tell me...
