all right,where to start...well ive got my body down to my goal weight 230 from 255 due to good diet and lots of cardio,but as ive stated in another post i have reached a plato...my next question has to due with gyno...im trying to get the bigger pecs but ive noticed its really hard to get rid of the fat and i also have small lump on each side. ive read enough on here to know gyno when i see and feel gyno.at one point i was doing 200 push up daily with 10x10 bench presses of 225. so i have muscle there its just the gyno in the way. what can i use to kill the gyno allready there and prevent new gyno while i continue to try to get fit?
