When i was trying to put together a simple diet i couldnt find accurate info on pro/carb/fat content of foods. This website seems to have almost all foods in it.
Also the common diet ratios ive seen were the 50/30/20 , 50/20/30 probably for people who need to lose more weight as the carbs were lower. I think if your starting to get leaner and want to save muscle there is the 50/40/10. Good luck with dieting!
A simple way for myself was take your bodyweight x 12
Then take 90% of that total and go from there as far as total calories. Then take that number and divide into the ratio of your choice. Pro = 4 calories, carb= 4 calories and fat 9.
