I had been only on Anabolex for the past couple years and I will say that I like the new look (Thanks in part to AP-GK) but this board does seem to have a more knowledgable group of hardcore people willing to help a felllow BB out.

If not for AP, would of never known about this board. Thanks Bro

I also started with Bolex before the crash. It is a great forum but forums are only as good as their members, it has some great members dont get me wrong. The thing about PM is it really feels like a community, Bros hlp each other with everything and i hope to contribute as much as possible.

I actually do remember Almost Pro over at Bolex. I really do appreciate that board. AP/Gavin is a stand up guy. That was the first place I discovered and learned soooooo much about lifting/nutrition/juice. But eventually all the angry/hateful/politics-related threads go to be annoying, its a shame too, because there was a TON of useful, meaningful threads and info on bodybuilding.
