I have a lightning fast metabolism. I doubt I've ever been over 10% in my life. Been having trouble gaining weight. Eating around 6-8 meals a day.4000-5500 cals, same weight even still.
The past few weeks, I've gained 6 pounds. Here's what I did. "oh you gotta eat 6 meals a day, 50g of protein a meal to keep your body anabolic" Fuck that.Right now I'm eating 2-3 meals a day 1500-2300 cals a meal.I wait until I'm absolutely starving, about ready to eat my dog before I start cooking. Gaining weight like a champ now.

2 big hamburger buns
natural chocolate peanut butter
throw the eggs in the pan. While they're cooking, spread 2-4 tbs of that peanut butter on your buns. When the eggs are done, make a sandwhich, the eggs melt the pb. orgasm in my mouth.
Protein cereal-
smacks,frosted wheaties, or lucky charms
whole milk
chocolate or strawberry protein powder
Forget gainer shakes, This is more anabolic than cocaine (wait what?) Strawberry powder goes with the wheaties and charms. chocolate goes with the smacks.
*Go to a buffet twice a week*
Two days a week I set a side a romantic evening where I spend 4-5 hours at a buffet and make myself look pregnant. after a half an hour and 2-4 plates of food, you're stomach tells you to stop eating. IGNORE THAT SHIT, GET A CUP OF COFFEE AND BOWL OF SOUP. You'll be able to eat another 2-3 plates. When you get full again, SAME thing. When you get full AGAIN, pop three pills of black hole from controlled labs,wait 30 min, and then keep eating.
