I have a lightning fast metabolism. I doubt I've ever been over 10% in my life. Been having trouble gaining weight. Eating around 6-8 meals a day.4000-5500 cals, same weight even still.

The past few weeks, I've gained 6 pounds. Here's what I did. "oh you gotta eat 6 meals a day, 50g of protein a meal to keep your body anabolic" Fuck that.Right now I'm eating 2-3 meals a day 1500-2300 cals a meal.I wait until I'm absolutely starving, about ready to eat my dog before I start cooking. Gaining weight like a champ now.

RECIPES
PB&E
4 eggs
2 big hamburger buns
natural chocolate peanut butter

throw the eggs in the pan. While they're cooking, spread 2-4 tbs of that peanut butter on your buns. When the eggs are done, make a sandwhich, the eggs melt the pb. orgasm in my mouth.

Protein cereal-
smacks,frosted wheaties, or lucky charms
whole milk
chocolate or strawberry protein powder

Forget gainer shakes, This is more anabolic than cocaine (wait what?) Strawberry powder goes with the wheaties and charms. chocolate goes with the smacks.

*Go to a buffet twice a week*
Two days a week I set a side a romantic evening where I spend 4-5 hours at a buffet and make myself look pregnant. after a half an hour and 2-4 plates of food, you're stomach tells you to stop eating. IGNORE THAT SHIT, GET A CUP OF COFFEE AND BOWL OF SOUP. You'll be able to eat another 2-3 plates. When you get full again, SAME thing. When you get full AGAIN, pop three pills of black hole from controlled labs,wait 30 min, and then keep eating.

*Eat Big supps*
Grub on (10 drops in a glass of water before you eat)

Ok, well all that food probably has increased your sodium intake which can account for a lot of the weight gain...6 pounds in one week...has got to be predominantly fat/water dont you think? I'm not sure thats possible for most to be lean gains even on a load of AAS! :eek:

are you on cycle right now?

You guys keep forgetting.....dont you want to look good in 20 years or is this just for the next 5 years? I would like to see your blood test on this..specifically triglycerides..believe it or not you are cutting your life short eating like that.........but its your choice....life is not all about get huge or die trying..........for some it is I guess..............God bless them

Title- natty And you're right, not all the gains are lean, even though I've noticed no difference in bf, it doesnt really matter. My arms are fuller and my quads are looking better. Strength is through the roof, no complaints

and AAS doesn't cut your lifespan? Getting Stronger and bigger is what makes me happy. If that means cutting a few years off my life, so be it. live it up

You mean in regards to putting miles on yourself right? Food being the fuel and the body being the car. And about insulin spikes which have an effect on ageing.

Brad, understand where Phil is coming from, he's been there, and done that. Look at the picture as a whole..you don't care now, but think how you'll care when you're married, and have children and want to cherish every moment with them..you can ask a lot of the guys here, and I'm sure Tony, Brad(bboy), Phil and Chris can chime in and say as you get older, working out and being big isn't as important as they use to be..spending time with your off springs is.
Sure it might not hurt you now, but keep doing it and doing it and doing it and it'll add up and take it's toll on you.
Another thing to think about...you have the rest of your life to get bigger..what's that..I think you're about 20..so maybe 50-60 years. No need to rush it.

heart disease is a real issue also. I am fighting the problem with my aging father right now...we are being proactive. God I wish we had started 20 years ago on his new diet/exercise routine. Goddamn hindsight is 20-20.
 
I remember one of Serge Nubret's posts on eating less frequently.

His logic was, if you have a fast metabolism, why make it faster by eating 6 times + per day.

His advice was to eat on instinct, when hungry, but eat larger meals.

I followed that advice (with protein shakes between big meals) and I found it helped me gain quite a bit of weight.

(I too have a very high metabolism)

However I must note, the meals I eat are fairly healthy but large. I don't agree with the lucky charms etc, and I try to keep sugar to a minimum.

do you want my honest to god opinion?
you are doing the right thing to get big (muscle, and yes, fat wise)
it's strange how AMERICAN'S on this board are saying this will shorten your life span and it's like you're going to die tomorrow, when the average american eats shit MUCH MUCH MUCH worse than what you are describing.
It's like someone telling you that the xylitol in your sugar free gum is gonna cause your colon to explode from chewing on one strip of gum.

my only advice would be for you to put a limit on fat gains, as in if your waist hits 37-38 inches, you'd start dieting slowly to burn fat and keep the muscle. trust me, keep on doing this and then burn fat slowly and you'll put on 10 lbs of pure muscle in a year, and no it won't fuck up your health. 100 mg of winny perday, 150 mg of tren per day, 150 mcg of T3 and 120 mcg of clen for 4 weeks on the healthiest diet on earth will fuck up your health, yes. but this diet while being natural and fit? no, it won't fuck it up.

I've seen pics of you B RAD (and you look great)..........but I don't know if people realize how young you are and how superfast your metabolism is.........at 19 most of us could get away with that and make decent gains like you've posted, but at 40 that diet will give you a 45 inch waist and diabetes to boot.

I also think you are doing the right thing. Not like you are eating terribly unhealthy. But I do see where others are coming from. If your a hard gainer like me, you've got to take it to the extremes sometimes. I' have been thinking of getting blackhole from controlled labs...does it work well for you? Any sides? but keep up the good work homie

I agree with everything Buselmo has said, besides I dont think many people on here would be able to see this from a "Natty" standpoint.

If its working for you bro, more power to you.
Personally, I could go for some lucky charms..
 
Its not like people know how long they would've lived in the absence of taking part in supposed risk taking behaviour... my old doctor was a super super fit women she wouldn't even use a mobile phone due to suspicion of cancers/tumours etc... ironically she died too young(late 40s) due to a brain tumour... yes the women who was scared of mobile phones/cordless phones etc etc

hell there is one ifbb pro who recently got real bad kidney problems + a few other things and he tells the bodybuilders around him it was from creatine! then we are like dude... come on... then he is like yeh I know but you tell yourself that... so none of us really point the finger at the "risk taking?" behaviour in the end anyway...

I bet most of us given a second chance would still make similar or the same decisions e.g. potential PEDs induced heart problems etc. Thats what I say to people close to me concerned... I would do it knowing I would get that cardio myopathy, kidney failure, liver damage or death? etc. etc. Thats how strong our sickness/convictions are...
 
To the Op, I can understand why this would work. Some of us have to actually slow down our metabolisms to gain weight. All those little meals raise the metabolism. Now, to be clear I haven't had to "slow" my metabolism for years, I'm not a teenager or young guy anymore. But, for some this is an alternative- at least for a period of time. I wouldn't do it forever this way though.

The fullness you are seeing is increased glycogen retention/anabolism from the all the extra calories. There is some method to this!
 
4-5 hours at the buffet, damn, now that's what i call dedication!
