I had one girl say I was thrusting too hard and hurting her. Is nothing safe these days?
Women have some kind of vaginal wall and hitting it hard repeatedly hurts or something apparently hahahahaha

can we still do Rack Deadlift or any bent over rows / laterals after hernia repair??
Will be having mine(inguinal) done in march.
it's called the cervix..
I know, I was being sarcastic
This recovery is really being a mind fuck. Diet hasnt fallen off much, just consuming less daily calories overall, but I'm feeling smaller and softer by the day. Today marks 2 weeks since my surgery and I'm going insane. I'm going to at least start doing cardio on monday and attempt some machines and just feel things out. I feel like I timed the surgery well though. I should be back at it 100% in no time and get back to where I was or better by the time warmer weather rolls around and its time for pool/lake/beach trips.
Of course I have D/N/P on standby should I feel the need
I had double hernia surgery 3 years ago I took 2 months off to recover. Then started going back. By the middle to end of that year I literally could do 90 Roman Chair leg lifts consecutively I don't know if it's so smart to go back to lifting and Training 2 weeks after surgery. I stayed on HRT but took the necessary time to recover.
