Hey guys.. i posted this for Big A over on the article thread a month or soo ago and I realize Big A is really busy... so i figured I would post it in the public forum for anyone to answer. If anyone has done his dieting and getting ready for a competition thread let me know. Here is my question.. thanks for anyone who can help it is really puzzling me...
"Hey there . Thank you for all your time, I just had a quick question for you and something I am trying to track down to see the prob. I was doing your diet and training program late last year and was about 4 weeks into it and got a bad back injury. SO I had to let it heal, but I am getting ready to crank it up again here in 2 weeks. Basically I was doing everything as directed in your outline.. the diet, food, training etc. My only prob was that I never really felt like I was recovering completely. As far as anabolics I was only taking 500mg of TEst E and 60mg a day of Var, so it might not have been enough, but i never just felt recovered. The evening workout and the night cardio was fine, but that morning weights/cardio session it was like i couldnt recover.. so I dont know if i was doing something wrong. I did count my protein and it was around 400+grams for the day.. so i think i ate enough. Anyways.. any insight would be appreciated. Should i just swith the morning weight workout to just another cardio.. or is the morning weight workout mandatory for maximal fat loss? I am about 5ft 10 at 249 pounds about 18% BF. Thanks Big A
PS i was also taking 75mcg or T3 as well
