wussup man I just wanted to let you know i saw you at the teen, collegiants, masters, I was heavyweight 3rd place in the colleginats. Just wanted to say you looked awsome for your age I was very impressed. You have great structure and great genetics for BBing. You'll do very well in the future, just stay smart, and train hard. If I remember right I think you had sort of a southern draw are from down south. hehehe

Good improvements

You've improved a bit since last years pics. Your quads look great; sweep & seperation, but they seem to overpower your upper body.

Also, although your waist appears to be slighly wide, I know its not. You just need to keep trying to widen your upper back and shoulders while filling in your chest. Those improvements will balance your physique nicely and give you a great look.

yea i got a little bigger this yr. but i think my mass may have cost me 1st place but i still think i looked better than last yr. hopefully i just keep improving each yr. thats my plans anyways, my next show is Jr. Nationals next yr. what u guys think?

I was there, in fact, I sat next to your dad during prejudging. You were definitely the freak of the class (all teen classes actually).

You looked great - I understand your frustration, Kraig is a friend and as much as I enjoying seeing him win, I could feel for you as well.

Keep up the good work and you'll go far in this sport - you're so young with an incredible head start!!!!
