i have heard abit about h.i.t.
what exactly is it ,how is it good, tell me anything you can about it
and the routine, the exercises, everything you can, send me some information about it everything you can, specifics everything soak me with the knowledge, i am a dry spouge wishing to soak the knowledge of this intense increadible sport we call bodybuilding.

I follow DC's theory. you can read more about it on Animals page under cycles on pennies.

2on1off training split.
Day1
chest, shoulder, tris, back thickness, back width
Day2
biceps, forearms, quads, hamstring, calves
Day 3
rest
day4
repeat day 1 but with different exercises
day5
repeat day2 but with different exercises
day6
rest
day7
repeat day1 with different exercises tha the 2 previous
day8
repeat day2 with different exercises than the previous
day9
rest
seems like alot but it works. you only do one working set for each muscle and that's it. I generally try and push for as many reps ass possible with weight. keep a training log to show progress, cause you want to go up in reps or weight every workout. If I didn't explain well check out the site

I know your new here and eager to learn, but your going to need to learn to use the search but bro. All this info is generally around. As I just took this off a recent post. Keep learning

Goto the articles section read the training for beginers thread, it has a hit/drug/diet program in there, it is very good.

Hi a-h:

you can see the opinion of members on threads "Who here has built any real muscle on hit?" , and "to hit or not to hit".

Get in the one of the best site of bb www.cyberpump.com and look at hit faq version 4.0 by Rob Spector, is very important to have the books of Mike Mentzer, you have to start from the begining.

you never have limints with HIT, and remember,
.......there is no space for the littles!!!!!!!!!!!!

Armageddon I to am giving DC's plan a try, BUT I am using his 3 way variation:

1-chest-delt-tri
2-bicep-back width-back thickness
3-off
4-calve-quad-hams
5-chest-delt-tri
6-off
7-off or if feel 100% commence rotation.

I adhereing to all other of DC's guidlines on sets, reps & etc..
