I spend 2 1/2 hours to see you for 60 minutes...yea i would say too short indeed..we should meet when the craziness of the gym is closed and we can enjoy a late lunch or early dinner...ahh yes the good old days..
Well thanks for the compliment and i hope to do you proud for sharing your knowledge and friendship with me...You go and post the pics we took whenever you can...i look worse then i thought , i look better in my mirrors at home then at your gym in front of a camera...lol...
I hope with the plan we have that i can put on 15 lbs of muscle and drop about 20 lbs of fat ..i know i can do it..should i do 20minutes of cardio 3 days a week just to keep my metabolism up and get my body slowly into the conditioning mode?
It is in stone now...i do weight 218lbs...lets hope that i add 15 lbs muscle and drop 20 lbs fat over the next 8 months and i can weight in around the 208-210 mark..id like to be around the high end of heavies but look good not the low end of heavies...i'd almost be a light heavy...AHH yes me as a heavy or superheavy NOW that would be AWESOME!!!
hey lex...cardio is a good idea just so i can keep my heart and lungs in shape as the weight goes on...i hate that breathing heavy and hard everytime i walk up a hill or stairs...i may do it just for that alone...see ya soon bro
yea that whole breathing thing too LOL, I just think year round cardio is a good idea and have done it always, even if its just 15-20 min. Plus it will help you with your goals so you dont have to try and kill yourself dieting ya know?
