HGH for people over 50

How many people on here over 50 use HGH, for anti aging purposes, and if so how much do you use, how long have you used, and what results have you seen. Thinking of giving it a try.

I've been on Hgh for about 11 years. I can't say enough good things about it. The only bad thing is it takes months to start working. But it definitely sets the age clock back a few years. I feel younger now at 57 than I did at 45.

Most of those 11 years I did 1 to 2IUs 5 days on/ 2 days off. ....it doesn't take much. Just be patient.

That's interesting that you would ask. Here's what I notice. When I get plenty of sleep, I look noticeably younger. Even 10 years younger.

I'm guessing you have to sleep enough to give the Hgh time to get to things sitting lower on your body's regenerative priority list.

sleep is the best thing you can do to your body, period, i make sure i get at least 8.................my girl thinks im a weirdo cuz im not out till 11 oclock..........im in bed at 8 on a work night............

I have tons of patients how do that are over 50. They use 2iu/ day.
