I will start by saying I am relatively new to bodybuilding. I have trained on a off for a few year's but never really stuck to anything and have now decided to start bodybuilding at the age of 27 y/o. My stat's are -

I have decided to follow Big A's beginners guide to training. I am however a little unsure about the diet aspect. I understand that Big A suggest's aiming for 500g of protein daily. The carb's and fat, I am a little unsure of however. The 300g of carb's I would assume would be broken down and consumed before evening so that they can be burned off and not stored as fat through out the night when asleep. Is there usually a set time that you should not consume carb's after ? My training will be done in the morning. Also,how much EFA's should be consumed daily ? Is there a certain amount per lb of bodyweight ? Thanks guys.
