wondering if anyone has tried this and if they found the results to be worth while...

i have something coming up in 3 weeks that i just found out about today that i need to get in shape for, but i'm not that sloppy right now anyway.

right now i'm running 5 i.u of GH 5 times a week, 2.5 split.

i'm thinking of upping that to 8 i.u ed for the next 3 weeks straight.

my question is will i experience any greater fat loss at this range or will it be negligible?

i don't want to use that much if it's just going to be a waste, but if it will significantly improve me over the present course i'm running i'll give it a try.

any thoughts?

Don't think you will see much difference, hence a waste IMO.

I would look into diet and increasing cardio for faster fat loss. Then again, thee are better tools than GH for fat loss - dollar for dollar and as far as time goes...

Try it if you got the cash but you may find you simply will not be able to tolerate that much GH.
 
if anything it would make you hold more water
 
If you are looking for fat loss, I would use low dose(2ius aday) for a long period. I lost 46lbs doing this.

when did you pin? friend have been pinning right before he go 2 sleep. how many days should he take off 5x2off ok?
 
At 10ius a day all i got was bloated, and bad head ache....but the pumps were insane almost painful

I shot before leaving the house in the morning. I did 5 days on 2 off. I love GH.
 
IMO if you feel like doing 8iu I PERSONALLY would just do 10iu pwo. that way you just do the gh on workout days. and keep it consistent and youll def see some nice gains down the road. but if cash is an issue and you can only afford to do it for 3 weeks i say no.

i found it optimal for gaining mass. i used it along side 50mcg of igf bi-laterally and 7 iu. humalog pre and post workout.

got me to the biggest i have been to that point at that bodyfat level. will definitely do it again this fall when i am done dieting.

the past 5 weeks are the first time i have used gh precontest- every other run in the past has been done off season, thus the reason for my question as i noticed when running it at 10 i.u post workout it kept me pretty lean regardless of what i ate in moderation.

I have done it at 10iu pwo for mass spread out 2-3x per week with some slin thrown in the mix. I think that doign it that way is great for gaining mass. If you are going to run it for fat loos, i would reccommend 2 things.

First read DatBTrue's entire sticky in the peptides forum and take it in the morning between 2-4 iu for a length of time. Taking it at night is counter-productive because your body already has it largest natural 'pulse' of gh at night.

Like i said read Dat's sticky and you will find every bit of information you need.

what are your stats?? also im thinking about doing the gh/igf1/slin combo stacked with test during my cruise just to get a little leaner and pack on some mass. my question for you is you said you took 7iu humalog pre and post workout, i would imagine taking slin pre workout could be potentially dangerous no?? did you sip on a carbo force while working out??
