I am thinking about hiring a nutritionist to make me a diet plan according to my goals... the guy is amazing build and is a manager of one of a gym ... he also competes ...
He will be telling me how to eat when I m on the road "which i usually am" wht and how much to eat whn ur at home ... whts supps should I take in wht quantity and for how long ... he told me u will be measuring ur food on the scale if u wanna follow my plans ... the diet plan will be reviewed every month and he will set up small goals for me as we go along so I can reach to my target .
Just wanted input from u guys u think its a good idea cos after all 60 to 80% is our diet and I know u never steer a brother wrong : )
