i have a competition in may and i have start the prep, i train with weights 4 days at week, hit style, who of u train with this method?
Low volume and high intensity, it is good as long as you remain free of pain and injury.
As the diet progresses it will be harder to maintain that system. You could consider making some modifications the last 3-4 weeks.
