any body got a good HIT leg workout, that is pretty good ?If so can you give me a quick how to? thanx

Here is mine

1 main set squats
1 main set leg presses
1 main set hack squates


hammies

1 warmup lying leg curl
1 main set lying leg curl
1 main set standing leg curl (one leg at a time)
 
Here's mine:

1 set squats
1 set leg press

1 set lying leg curls
1 set stiff leg deadlifts

1 or 2 sets (usually 1 set) standing calf raises
 
Yes,

don't forget the deadlifts (stiff leggies) bro. They are a must!
 
Another one

1 set leg extensions
1 set hack squats
1 set squats

1 set stiff-leg deads
1 set leg curls

2 sets calf raises (seated or donkey)
 
Good look'in out. I"ll try them. I guess they work or you would'nt of put them up.

I was just IMing with a guy named Frank from another board and he told me you could NOT do HIT without a partner.
