Due to recent diet adjustments and protein intake, protein per meal has dropped as I am waiting to get tests to see if dropping protein is what is causing my elevated BUN.
Hitting 40 grams per meal (combo of complete and non-complete). I know I'm not hitting the recommended leucine content per meal (3-5 grams) due to non-complete protein sources. So in order to hit the 3-5 grams, curious on everyones thoughts adding bulk leucine in prior to meals?
